S = Specific, you should have your an expected outcome as you stated it simply, you have concisely and explicitly as possible. This is can be done by answering questions such as; How, When, Why, What, How etc.
M = Motivational, as a student that want to fly your study abroad to be a medical student you should have a powerful of your emotion. The goals can be ambitious, nevertheless they must be grounded to the reality.
A = Achieveable, an achievable goal must result in the realistic based on the current situation, resouces and time available.
R = Relevant, To reach your goal, you will need a plan, a path and a vehicles for getting there. Your goals must make sense. Set gaols you CAN and WILL achieve.
T = Trackable, Your goal should be reviewed regularly with progrees being tracked. You must avoid anything that treatens to pull you off your straight direction toward your goal. A mesurable goal has an outcome that can be assessed either on a sliding scale (1-10), or hit or miss, success or failure.
